Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated will arrive to set-up at approximately (Time) and will remove the unit after (Time) on (The Date of Your Event).
	
Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated has supplied (The Name of Your Organization) with an Insurance Certificate for our Liability Coverage with this contract.  Please keep this certificate for your records.  It is the responsibility of (The Name of Your Organization) to be knowledgeable of and obtain any necessary location licenses and/or permits for this function.  A copy of the USDA Exhibitors Permit for Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated is available upon request.
	
It will be necessary for (The Name of Your Organization) to determine and notify Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated of the area to be used at their facility for the animals. Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated will supply all necessary animal feeds, supplies, fencing, exhibit enclosures, and staff. (The Name of Your Organization) must supply reasonable access to fresh drinking water for the animals and a dumpster for removal of bagged waste.

(The Name of Your Organization) will pay Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated $XXX.XX for their services.  A billing schedule is listed below.  It is understood that if this is a Tax-Exempt event, the appropriate tax-exempt number is XX-XXXXX. A 10% down payment of $XX.XX is due with this signed contract.  The remaining balance due of $XXX.XX is to be paid to Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated on or before (The Last Day of Your Event).   If final payment is not received on or before (The Last Day of Your Event), a $12.00 service charge will be added to the total due.  All late payments will also be assessed a 1.5% per 30 days finance charge.  A fee of $40.00 will be payable by the customer for all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy: If (The Name of Your Organization) for any reason cancels any part of this event agreement, nominal fees will be charged as follows:
-If Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated is notified of a cancellation 24 hours or more in advance of the event, an administrative fee of 10% of the total contracted price will be retained. ($XX.xx)
-If Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated is notified of a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of the event but before their personnel has departed their home base to the event site, a fee of 20% of the total contracted price will be payable by (The Name of Your Organization). ($XX.xx)
-If Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated is not notified of a cancellation prior to departing their home base to the event site, 100% of the total contracted price will be payable by (The Name of Your Organization). ($XXX.xx)

Humane Care and Safety Policies: Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated may deviate from the agreed upon schedule considering humane animal management, weather, and crowd conditions.  Jo-Don Farms, Incorporated will consider the health and safety of their animals, their personnel, and their patrons when making such decisions.  These situations can best be handled by prompt communication of all parties involved.
